The remote process organised by StartKap requires no personal trip to Georgia for company formation or account opening. The bank reviews the application and decides on the account, account model and cards. Bank charges and other third-party costs are separate from StartKap’s service fees.

Who pays for certification, apostilles and delivery?
You pay for certification and apostilles in your country of origin or residence. Translation into Georgian and further processing in Georgia fall within the agreed package scope. You also pay for delivery to Georgia unless your quotation states otherwise.
What should I prepare for an initial discussion?
